Number of Doctors: This is the total number of doctors you would like to have as clients.

Average Number of Patients: This is the average number of patients each doctor sees per day. It is important to note that you do not enter the total number of patients for all your doctors as this will provide incorrect results. Instead, take the average number of patients each doctor sees a day and enter that number.

An example would be if you service 3 doctors and they see a total of 60 patients a day between the 3 of them, you would enter 20 into the patient field. ( 60 total patients seen a day / 3 doctors = 20 patients a day average)

Number of Days Office Open: This is the average number of days each office is open and seeing patients in a week. You can figure this number by taking the total number of days all your offices are open and then dividing by the total number of offices.

For example if you service 3 offices, two of which that are open 5 days a week and one that is open four days a week you would divide 14 by 3 to get 4.6 days. ( (5 days + 5 days + 4 days) / 3 offices = 4.6 days a week average )

How to Price Your Service: You can price on a percentage or a flat rate. We will teach you the best way to price your services for any given situation or market.

Average Claim Amount: You will only need to fill this field in if you selected to price your service by a percentage. This is the average dollar amount per claim that each doctor submits to the insurance companies. A typical example would be $75 - $150 for a family practice.
